The Flickr app from Yahoo! which has been on the iTunes app store for a while now, just got a new lease of life. The photo-sharing app, will now enable users to pick from 16 custom camera filters. Moreover, similar to the PC-based web service, users can now share their clicks on services including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or via emails, apart from Flickr groups. Photos can now also be edited and geo-tagged from the device itself.
The revamped design also makes way for a 500 px-style justified layout making better use of your iDevices screen size to display photostreams. You can browse through photostreams of your friends and make comments or mark their pictures as favourites. Although an app for the Android platform also exists, Fandroids will have to wait for these changes to be added to the Android app.
