There are two ways to set a mp3 song as your ringtone on Windows 8 nokia lumia phone
1. By using your personal computer
2. By using Nokia’s Ringtone Maker Application

By using your peresonal computer
You can set a mp3 song as your Windows 8 nokia lumia phone by using your personal computer. The main disadvantage of this solution is that you have to store the mp3 songs in your personal computer and then copy it from your computer and paste it into your phone’s ringtone folder. Below are the step wise step process to set a mp3 song as your ringtone on Windows 8 nokia lumia phone
1. Connect your Windows 8 nokia lumia phone to computer using USB cable. You will see your phone as a Portable Device in My Computer.
2. Select the mp3 song from your computer which you want to set as your ringtone in your Windows 8 nokia lumia phone.
3. Copy the song you want to set as ringtone to Ringtones folder on the Windows Phone Windows. You need to copy the song to Computer\Windows Phone\Phone\Ringtones folder. Song can be in mp3, wma etc formats. If you try to copy a wav file to Ringtones folder, It will be converted to wma format automatically.. Song file size needs to be less than 30 MB.

1.Go to your Windows 8 nokia lumia phone App STORE.
2.Search the Nokia’s Ringtone Maker Application into windows App STORE.
