Google's newest Android system update should be arriving on Tuesday, November 13th, with the release of the Google Nexus 4 smartphone, and Nexus 7 and 10 tablets.
All will come preloaded with the new Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, but what about the rest of you (especially those with the Samsung Galaxy S III) whojust got Jelly Bean 4.1.1?!?
It's going to be a while before you see Jelly Bean 4.2 officially arrive on your device, but for those of you who can't wait, you can still get some of the new 4.2 features if you don't mind a little work.
Some of these new additions include a slightly revamped gesture-enabled keyboard, a new camera app with editing functionality built-in, and a bunch of other upgrades and editions. You should be able to flash all of these apps with files here without having to root your phone. Just flash in recovery mode and make sure that all the permissions are satisfied.
Don't mind waiting for Jelly Bean 4.2 to arrive on your device?
Well, since 4.1.1 was just handed out (and is still being handed out), don't expect it for a while. But in the meantime, check out the videos below fromKingDenzel92 showing some of the Jelly Bean 4.2 features in action on his flashed Samsung Galaxy S3.
But be warned...they'll just want to make you flash your phone.

Gesture Typing with Keyboard in Jelly Bean 4.2

The new gesture typing is smarter and faster than ever before. With a revamped dictionary, predictive wording, and smarter gesture keyboard, typing should be much quicker and efficient on 4.2.

Camera and Photo Sphere in Jelly Bean 4.2

The new camera adds a new focus feature which allows a user to select a small area from there device screen for better pictures and exposure. Pinch-to-zoom has been added, and Photo Sphere, which allows camera users to take a 360 degree Panorama. Here are a few examples of Photo Sphere photos.

Photo Gallery and Photo Editing in Jelly Bean 4.2

The gallery adds a few new viewing features like Film Strip View. Image editing also has a bunch of features like filters, cropping, frames, aspect ratio adjust, mirroring, color curve and more.
Now, I bet you're wanting to flash these to your Samsung Galaxy S3, right? What's stopping you?
