Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus Review : TechRival

Along with the dual-SIM Titanium Hexa smartphone, Karbonn’s Titanium S1 Plus has also surfaced online. Though the S1 Plus isn’t listed on the company’s official site, it is now up for grabs online via retailer sites for as low as Rs 5,800.


The Titanium S1 Plus sports a 4-inch display with 480×800 pixels of resolution, and will be available in black and whiteoptions. It is dual SIM smartphone that runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core processor, clocked at 1.2GHz and coupled with 1GB RAM. It gets a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.

On the storage front, it gets 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, FM radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. All of this is fuelled by a 1500mAh battery.

While the S1 Plus targets budget users, the company recently launched the Titanium Hexa for Rs 16,990. It is now available for pre-order and will start shipping from May 20, exclusively available via Amazon. Titanium Hexa has a 5.5 inch Full HD LTPS display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution. Under its hood lies a 1.5GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT65911 processor. The processor has been paired with 2GB RAM. It comes loaded with Android KitKat operating system out of the box.
